These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "user", or "member") and Sportez ("Sportez", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Sportez service and the website at https://sportez.pro (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service โ including by joining any Sportez Telegram group, Discord server, or other distribution channel, by subscribing to any paid tier, or by using free access obtained through an affiliate referral โ you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Sportez is a sports-betting analysis and tipster community that publishes value-betting analyses and tips ("picks" or "tips") with a transparent, automatically settled track record, for information and entertainment. Our picks are delivered as text and branded image cards through Telegram and Discord.
Sportez is an information, analysis, and entertainment service. We are an independent affiliate partner of licensed bookmakers. We are not a bookmaker, a betting exchange, or a gambling operator. We do not accept, place, broker, or settle bets; we do not hold, handle, or process customer betting funds; and we do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3.1 Opinions, not instructions. All picks, analyses, ratings, stakes, edge calculations, and commentary we publish are statements of opinion and general information for your personal consideration only. They are not recommendations to place any particular bet, and they are not financial or investment advice. You alone decide whether to bet, what to bet on, how much to stake, and with which bookmaker.
3.2 "Value betting" means a mathematical edge, not certainty. Our analyses are based on the view that certain odds may offer a positive expected value relative to the implied probability. This is a probabilistic judgment, not a prediction of any individual outcome. Individual bets โ including those we rate highly โ can and do lose.
3.3 "No bet" is a valid outcome. Where our analysis does not identify sufficient value, we may publish no pick. The absence of a pick is itself a legitimate result of the process and does not mean a betting opportunity was missed.
3.4 Track record and past performance. Any displayed track record, return on investment, yield, hit rate, profit/loss, or historical performance describes the past and is provided for transparency and illustration only. Past performance does not guarantee, indicate, or imply future results. Track-record figures may be subject to assumptions (e.g. recommended stake, odds available at time of publication) that may not match the odds, stake, or timing you actually obtain.
โ ๏ธ 3.5 No guarantee of profit. We do not promise, guarantee, or represent that you will make a profit, avoid losses, or achieve any particular result from using the Service. Sports betting carries a real and significant risk of financial loss.
3.6 Third-party odds and information. Odds, fixtures, results, and related data referenced in our analyses originate from third parties and bookmakers and may change, be delayed, or contain errors. We do not control and are not responsible for the odds, terms, availability, settlement, or conduct of any bookmaker.
๐ 4.1 You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or higher where local law requires). By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing betting-related analysis and engaging in sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you. Gambling is restricted or prohibited in many territories.
4.3 The Service is offered to a global, English-language audience. We make no representation that the Service, or any pick or affiliate offer, is appropriate, lawful, or available in any particular location. Where required by law in your jurisdiction, you must not access or use the Service.
4.4 Restricted territories. We do not offer or direct the Service to users in any jurisdiction where the Service or sports betting would be unlawful, and we may apply geo-based or other technical restrictions to limit access from those territories. This operator-side restriction does not relieve you of your own responsibility under Section 4.2 to confirm the Service is lawful for you. We may update the scope of restricted territories from time to time.
4.5 We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
5.1 Channels and tiers. The Service is delivered through third-party platforms, principally Telegram and Discord. We offer:
5.2 Platform accounts. To access the Service you need a valid account with the relevant third-party platform (e.g. Telegram, Discord) and, for paid access, with our payments platform (e.g. Whop). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside our control.
5.3 Your responsibility. You are responsible for safeguarding your accounts and access credentials and for all activity that occurs under them. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to, or sharing of, your VIP access.
5.4 One person, one access. VIP access is personal to you. It may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by more than one person. To protect the integrity of the Service and prevent fraud, we may monitor and verify VIP access โ for example by checking for concurrent or anomalous use across accounts, devices, or locations โ and we maintain a members record (including your platform identifier, access tier, access expiry, and source of access) as described in our Privacy Policy. Such monitoring and the related fraud-prevention processing are carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.1 Third-party processing. Paid VIP access is sold and processed through third-party platforms and payment processors, principally Whop and, where applicable, Stripe and Telegram Stars. We do not collect or store your full payment-card details. Your purchase is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant platform and processor.
6.2 Pricing and taxes. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may change from time to time; changes do not affect a subscription period already paid for. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/GST), which may be added where required.
6.3 Subscriptions and automatic renewal. Subscription access continues and, where stated at purchase, renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your selected payment method, until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.
6.4 Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the platform that manages your subscription (e.g. your Whop account) or as otherwise instructed. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain VIP access until then. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
6.5 Refunds. VIP access is digital content supplied and made accessible immediately upon purchase. Subject to Section 6.6 and except as required by mandatory law, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable once VIP access has been granted or content has been accessed. This non-refundable rule applies only after you have, at the point of purchase, expressly consented to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal (see Section 6.6). We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, for individual losing picks, or for dissatisfaction with results, which are inherent to the nature of the Service.
6.6 Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and, in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving any reason. To exercise this right you may inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to [email protected] (you may, but need not, use the model withdrawal form available on request or at https://sportez.pro). However, because VIP access is digital content supplied immediately, at the point of purchase you will be asked to:
Where you give that consent and acknowledgement and supply has begun, your right of withdrawal is lost to the extent permitted by law. Where the consent and acknowledgement have not been given, or where a statutory refund right otherwise applies, we will honour it.
6.7 Affiliate free access has no cash value. Free VIP access obtained through the affiliate route in Section 7 is provided at no charge, has no cash or monetary value, is not a purchase, is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any refund, and is not transferable. Sections 6.5 and 6.6 (refunds and withdrawal) concern paid purchases only and do not apply to affiliate free access. You are responsible for any tax consequences that may arise for you in connection with free access.
6.8 Chargebacks and abuse. Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, or otherwise abusing the payment or refund process, may result in immediate termination of access without refund and, where appropriate, recovery of amounts owed.
7.1 How it works. As an alternative to paying, you may obtain free, time-limited VIP access by registering a new account with a bookmaker we recommend, using our specific affiliate referral link, and meeting any conditions stated in the relevant offer (which may include completing registration, account verification, or a qualifying deposit/activity as specified by that offer). You pay no cash to Sportez for this access.
7.2 Affiliate disclosure. We participate in the affiliate / partner programmes of licensed bookmakers. When you register or transact with a bookmaker through our referral link, we may earn a commission or other compensation from that bookmaker, at no additional cost to you. This commission is how the free-access route is funded. Our analyses are independent: the commission we may earn does not influence which picks we publish, how we rate them, or the analysis behind them. We disclose this commercial relationship so that you are fully informed.
7.3 Bookmaker relationship. Any account you open with a bookmaker is a contract solely between you and that bookmaker. The bookmaker โ not Sportez โ is responsible for its odds, bonuses, terms, verification, payouts, and customer service. We do not control and are not liable for the bookmaker's conduct, offers, or any deposit, wager, or loss you make there. You must only register with bookmakers that are legal and licensed for you to use in your jurisdiction.
7.4 Duration and conditions. Free access is granted for the period stated in the offer and is subject to the conditions of that offer, which we may set and vary. We may verify that qualifying conditions have been genuinely met before or after granting access.
7.5 No cash value. Free access has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or a refund, as set out in Section 6.7.
7.6 Revocation for abuse or fraud. We may withhold, suspend, or revoke free access โ without compensation โ where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, multiple or fake accounts, self-referral, circumvention of an offer's conditions, breach of the bookmaker's terms, or breach of these Terms. Determinations of qualification are made in our reasonable discretion.
7.7 No obligation. The availability, terms, and bookmaker partners associated with the free-access offer may change or be withdrawn at any time. We are not obliged to offer free access or to continue any particular offer.
You agree that you will not:
Monitoring and enforcement. To enforce these rules and the "one person, one access" rule in Section 5.4, and to detect sharing, fraud, and abuse, we may monitor access patterns and use technical and account information as described in Section 5.4 and our Privacy Policy (including its fraud-prevention processing). Breach of this Section may result in immediate removal from our communities, termination of access without refund, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant platform or authorities.
9.1 Our content. All picks, analyses, ratings, text, graphics, branded image cards, watermarks, logos, the "Sportez" name and brand, and the selection, arrangement, and presentation of all of the foregoing are owned by or licensed to Sportez and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
9.2 Limited personal licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view our content for your own private, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted.
9.3 Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, remove or alter any watermark or notice on, or commercially exploit any of our content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9.4 Feedback. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them without obligation to you.
9.5 Copyright complaints (DMCA). We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and respond to notices of alleged infringement consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (d) your contact details; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.
9.6 Counter-notice. If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material and its prior location; (c) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process. We may reinstate the material as permitted by law. We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.
10.1 General. The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.2 No guarantee of results. We do not warrant that any pick, analysis, or strategy will be profitable, accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for you, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
โ ๏ธ 10.3 Betting is at your own risk. Sports betting involves a real risk of financial loss. You bet entirely at your own risk and on your own judgment. Only bet what you can afford to lose. Any decision you make based on our content is your sole responsibility.
10.4 Responsible gambling. Gambling can be addictive. The Service is strictly for adults (18+ or higher where local law requires). We are committed to responsible gambling, and our Responsible Gambling Policy at https://sportez.pro forms part of these Terms and is incorporated into them by reference. That policy sets out our commitments and signposts help, including self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools offered by bookmakers and recognised responsible-gambling organisations in your country. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please seek help from a recognised responsible-gambling organisation and consider self-exclusion. We reserve the right to restrict access where we have responsible-gambling concerns.
10.5 Third parties. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, odds, offers, availability, or settlement decisions of any bookmaker, platform, payment processor, or other third party, even where accessed through our links or channels.
11.1 The Service consists solely of analysis, opinion, tips, and related information and entertainment. The Service does not constitute gambling, betting, bookmaking, a betting intermediary, a gambling facility, or the provision, organisation, or facilitation of gambling under any applicable gambling legislation. We do not offer games of chance, accept stakes, set or guarantee odds, or pay out winnings.
11.2 Because we do not conduct gambling, we do not hold, and are not required to hold, any gambling, betting, or bookmaking licence or authorisation. Any gambling that you choose to undertake takes place entirely with a separate, independent, licensed bookmaker of your choosing, under that bookmaker's own terms and licence. This Section reinforces, and does not limit, Section 2.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Sportez, its owners, operators, staff, or affiliates be liable for any gambling, betting, or trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service or your use of (or inability to use) it, your reliance on any pick or analysis, or any third-party bookmaker, platform, or processor โ whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid to us for VIP access in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty (50) US dollars (or its equivalent).
12.3 Consumers. If you are a consumer, the monetary cap in Section 12.2 does not apply to limit our liability for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence; instead, our liability to you is determined by, and limited only as permitted by, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, consistent with Section 12.4. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or was contemplated by you and us at the time you entered into these Terms.
12.4 Liability that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any non-waivable statutory consumer rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sportez and its owners, operators, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or of any third party's rights; (d) your sports-betting activity or dealings with any bookmaker; or (e) your sharing or redistribution of our content. This Section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory law applicable to you as a consumer.
14.1 By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel any subscription as described in Section 6.
14.2 By us. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service โ including removal from our Telegram and Discord communities โ at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse (including under Section 7), created risk or legal exposure for us, or failed to meet eligibility requirements, or if we discontinue the Service.
14.3 Effect. On termination, your licence to access our content ends immediately and you must stop using and delete any of our content in your possession. Termination for your breach does not entitle you to any refund. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16) survive termination.
15.1 Governing law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer and data-protection rights of your country of residence, and without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
15.2 Jurisdiction. Subject to Sections 15.4 and 15.5, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's place of establishment to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
15.3 Informal resolution. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 5 business days of receiving it and to provide a substantive response or resolution within 30 business days, keeping you informed if a matter takes longer. Many issues can be resolved quickly this way.
15.4 EU/UK consumers. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the UK, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in respect of these Terms in the courts of your country of residence. Where applicable, you may also use the alternative or online dispute-resolution mechanisms available to you.
15.5 US users โ no arbitration / no class-action waiver. For users in the United States, these Terms do not contain a mandatory binding-arbitration clause or a class-action waiver. Disputes are resolved through the courts as set out in this Section, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer-protection law, including any right to bring or participate in proceedings in your home state.
16.1 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified through the Service (e.g. by posting in our channels) where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
16.2 Changes to the Service. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including any pick format, channel, tier, or offer, at any time.
16.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any terms presented at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
16.4 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted.
16.5 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
16.6 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to a successor or affiliate, for example in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
16.7 No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and us.
16.8 Third-party platforms. The Service relies on third-party platforms; we are not liable for their unavailability, changes, or termination of your access by them.
Data-protection representative. If we are required to designate a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR or UK GDPR, their contact details will be published here.
Where retention periods apply to any records we keep in connection with the Service, we retain them for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
Questions about these Terms or the Service can be sent to:
18+ only (or higher where local law requires). Gambling involves risk โ never bet more than you can afford to lose. Sportez provides analysis and entertainment only and is not a bookmaker. If gambling is a problem for you, please seek help from a responsible-gambling service in your country.
